Right now:

I'm not eating sub-snack food.
In two hours: I'll be working out till 2AM.
Tomorrow: I'll be having banana's, rice and spring rolls.

Day after: Only fruit.

Sunday: A wee bit of junk food cause it's a party.

I need too keep this up. I can so do this.

Weight 170
Need To Loose: 25 lbs.
