I weigh 162. Since it's summer I really think I should loose weight.
Also, since I'm close to 160 I think I could probably hit 145 if I try hard enough so I've made some changes to my diet.
I got rid of all of the high fructose stuff in the house. Now all I have is natural juice and speaking of apple juice the only kind of snacks that I have in the house now are fruit.
Strawberries so far but I'll probably get apples since I have SO MUCH peanut butter.
