Weight: 155 lbs.
Desired Weight: 145 lbs.
Need to lose: 10 lbs.
I'm doing this thing where I eat only diet food, weigh myself, see what a good job I'm doing now, then eat a bunch of junk food, then loose all of my progress.
I need to remember why I am doing this.
I need to remember that nothing tastes as good as being thin.
I need to remember that for the past 5 years I've been overweight and because of it my self esteem has been minuscule.
I can't forget these things.
