I'm back

I gained a lot of weight while I was back home and I'm really trying to change my eating habits for good. No more soda (unless it's rare or a special occasion).
No more candy.
No more over eating.

Only eat when I'm at a table.

Only eat healthy.

I had carrots and yogurt for lunch.

YEAH!

I DON'T HAVE A SCALE YET, BUT I'M GONNA GUY ONE!
