Poor

What up!

I think I've lost some weight this week. Maybe I'm at 165 or 168. I dunno. I still don't have a scale, all I know is that I'm eating less, running a little bit more, and drinking more coffee.

I gained a lot of weight when I moved back in with my parents for the summer.

trying to get to my goal of 145 or 140 by the end of xmas through changing my meals.

I only eat vegetables, I only eat at tables, I don't eat unless it's Breakfast/lunch/dinner and if I do partake in a snake it has to be healthy.

It's really hot here in Chicago so I haven't been running a lot but when I do I try to sprint.

So I feel less poochy but there isn't any proof so far.
I might still be bordering on unheathy or I might be a little closer to healthy weight.

I'll just keep doing this till I see any results.
