First of all, I'm really happy strangers are reading this thing. I'm just doing it to remind myself that I need to loose weight. I've had a lot of confidence problems and I think that if I loose weight I'll be a little bit more confident.
Second.
I'm loosing a little bit more weight. I gained 2 lbs putting me at 170 but now I'm at 167 and I plan to loose more weight until I hit 145.
I need to loose 22lbs.
I think I'm gonna loose a lot of weight today.

Heeeey look at that!
I lost 6 pounds so I'm now at 168! Wooo!
I get a little reward today. Nothing big. I was thinking grilled cheese at the sub but I also need to eat a lot of veggies and fruits too cause that's what got me here!
Yay!
Man this is so much progress to me and I really shouldn't be celebrating too much.
Maybe instead of a sandwhich something a little lighter. Any ideas?

173 LBS
Okay, I'm back at CSF.
I ate all of my really bad food last night.
I plan on starting loosing weight now. I had 20 days of doing nothing but today I plan on doing some Cardio for 30 and then some Strength Training for 30 and when I do eat it's just gonna be Fruit, Veggies and Soy.
Yeah.
Brendan's on the right track.

Biting Time
There's not a lot going on here and there's a lot of junk food in the house. To make sure that I don't eat all of the junk food, one of the reasons I started this blog was to pour out what I am feeling when I'm hungry.
I know a lot of it stems from boredom and just passing the time, but when I eat to pass the time, I'm not really eating I'm shoving food into my mouth. Why? I have no idea.
I just need to remember what my goal is. I need to loose weight because at this weight that I am at right now, my confidence is down and I don't really like myself. It's gonna take a while to get to my ideal weight of 145 but I know I can do it. I've done a lot of impressive things and lets just add this feat to that list.
I just need to keep constantly busy. If I'm wasting time I might eat more and then all of the progress I've made goes down the toilet.
Also, now that my mouth is, like, 99% healed from the surgery I really need to watch what I eat. Remember, you spent all that time looking at stuff that you can and can not do when you're on a diet. Don't throw that away and with it your progress.
I feel like I have a really short attention span and it's causing me to just abandon goals. NOT ANYMORE! BWA HA HA HA HA HA!!!
I'm going to make m journal entries more frequent. Like every day. Just to help me loose weight and stay focused.

That's a lot of weight but I can do it.

Ugh...
Time has passed and I'm still at the weight I started at. You know why? Cause all I've eaten are starch foods.
Why?
Cause I can't really open my jaw.
Ugh.
These wisdom teeth were the death of my good habit. Welp, as soon as I get back to CSF no screwing around. I really gotta start working hard on my diet plan and loosing them pounds. I do gain a lot of weight when I'm at CSF but know that I know what should and should not eat and how much I should exercise I think it'll be a lot easier than, "Oh wow, someone gave me food and I have to eat it, cause I'm at home."
When I'm at CSF I really don't eat a lot.
Also, when I get to CSF that means no more junk food.
Sorry sugar.

First Entry.
So, My new Years Resolution was to loose weight and not say the word "poop" as much.
I'm starting this blog now to track my progress. I've never been good at loosing weight on purpose. Whenever I try I end up just feeding myself fatty food and whenever I don't try I loose weight. I've been trying both techniques. But no avail.
The most I've lost has been, maybe, 6 Lbs in the past month.
I weigh 175 right now.
I really wanna be at 145 or even 125.
I know this is gonna be really hard so I'm gonna do everything I can.
Things To Do:
Cut Down on Starches
Reduce Sodium
Reduce Fluids
No Added Sugars
No Dairy Foods
So that means I gotta get rid of all of those really horrible chips and dips that I have around the room.
*Sigh*
Okay, maybe I'll just have a big send off to fatty foods and then start later.
Nah. That's the looser inside of you whining about how much you like horrible foods. You really should lay off the stuff.
ALSO. STAY BUSY SO YOU DON'T EAT OUT OF BOREDOM!
Remember, you lost a lot of weight when you played videogames a lot. Another excuse to get video games. Just saying. OR you could finish all of the ones you never started.
Last thing. I only want you to eat from a table. This way you can only eat at the sub, and at the Caf. Not in your room. Ha. Take that deamons!
You can only have one snack a day.
Try to have something good.
Maybe more yogurt(?)

Non Fat Dairy
Appearnely, I need to do 7+ hours of Cardio and Strength Training a week. Let's put that into the schedule. You're gonna work out twice a day just so you can really get shit done.
