Okay, I'm back at CSF.
I ate all of my really bad food last night.
I plan on starting loosing weight now. I had 20 days of doing nothing but today I plan on doing some Cardio for 30 and then some Strength Training for 30 and when I do eat it's just gonna be Fruit, Veggies and Soy.
Yeah.
Brendan's on the right track.

Need to lose :28 lbs.
I can do this.

I started running, haven't weighed myself in a while. My stomach's being all lame, so I'll have to start doing ab exercises.
