So, My new Years Resolution was to loose weight and not say the word "poop" as much.
I'm starting this blog now to track my progress. I've never been good at loosing weight on purpose. Whenever I try I end up just feeding myself fatty food and whenever I don't try I loose weight. I've been trying both techniques. But no avail.
The most I've lost has been, maybe, 6 Lbs in the past month.
I weigh 175 right now.
I really wanna be at 145 or even 125.
I know this is gonna be really hard so I'm gonna do everything I can.
Things To Do:
Cut Down on Starches
Reduce Sodium
Reduce Fluids
No Added Sugars
No Dairy Foods
So that means I gotta get rid of all of those really horrible chips and dips that I have around the room.
*Sigh*
Okay, maybe I'll just have a big send off to fatty foods and then start later.
Nah. That's the looser inside of you whining about how much you like horrible foods. You really should lay off the stuff.
ALSO. STAY BUSY SO YOU DON'T EAT OUT OF BOREDOM!
Remember, you lost a lot of weight when you played videogames a lot. Another excuse to get video games. Just saying. OR you could finish all of the ones you never started.
Last thing. I only want you to eat from a table. This way you can only eat at the sub, and at the Caf. Not in your room. Ha. Take that deamons!
You can only have one snack a day.
Try to have something good.
Maybe more yogurt(?)
Eat more:
Fruits
Veggies
Soy
Non Fat Dairy
Appearnely, I need to do 7+ hours of Cardio and Strength Training a week. Let's put that into the schedule. You're gonna work out twice a day just so you can really get shit done.
