I lost 6 pounds so I'm now at 168! Wooo!
I get a little reward today. Nothing big. I was thinking grilled cheese at the sub but I also need to eat a lot of veggies and fruits too cause that's what got me here!
Yay!
Man this is so much progress to me and I really shouldn't be celebrating too much.
Maybe instead of a sandwhich something a little lighter. Any ideas?
